This page covers the Gradora SIOP website and the commercial basics of the app. Your use of the software itself is governed by Apple's licence agreement, which you accept when you download it from the App Store. It is written to be understood rather than to be impressive.
Your licence to use the app is Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, accepted when you download from the App Store. That is the agreement that governs the software. Where Apple's agreement and this page disagree, Apple's agreement wins for anything concerning the app.
This page covers the website, the commercial arrangement, and the things specific to a planning tool that a general licence does not address.
In short, Apple's licence gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the app on Apple devices you own or control. You may not resell it, rent it out, or take it apart and redistribute the pieces.
Anyone. There is one licence and one price, whether you are an independent consultant, an employee of a manufacturer, or a student learning the process. There is no cheaper personal edition carrying terms that forbid commercial use, because a line the app cannot see is not a line worth drawing.
One subscription covers one planner across their own Apple devices, in the ordinary way Apple subscriptions work. If several people each need to run cycles, each needs a seat. See pricing for how organisations buy them.
Gradora SIOP Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, offered in two lengths:

Both begin with a free trial. Prices are in US dollars and are indicative; the price you pay is the one the App Store shows at checkout in your own currency, including local tax. Volume rates for several seats are arranged directly and supplied as App Store redemption codes, not applied automatically at checkout — see pricing.
All purchases are made through Apple, not through us. Apple is the merchant of record.
Apple handles every refund for an App Store purchase. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can neither issue a refund nor block one, and we never see your payment details.
Consumers in the EU, the UK and other places with equivalent law have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within fourteen days. Because Apple is the seller, that right is exercised against Apple and on Apple's terms, which is why the refund route above is the one that works.
If something is not working as described, write to support first. A fix is usually faster than a refund.
If a subscription ends, your plans, cycles and published history stay on your device and stay readable, and plan archives still export. What stops is importing new data, publishing new cycles and exporting the meeting pack.
Your work is never held hostage to a lapsed payment. That is a deliberate commitment and it is written here so it can be held against us.
Everything you import, enter or produce belongs to you. We claim no rights over it and could not exercise any if we did — the app has no server and nothing you do in it reaches us. The privacy policy sets this out in full, including the position where you type a colleague's name into the app.
Keeping backups is your responsibility. The app stores its data on your device, so the usual rules apply: back up the device, and export a plan archive for anything you would be sorry to lose. Devices fail, and there is no copy of your work anywhere else.
Gradora SIOP produces recommendations, not decisions. An order-by date, a suggested quantity, a forecast or an accuracy score is the output of a documented calculation over the data you supplied. Whether to act on any of it is a commercial judgement that stays with you and your business.
The calculations are tested — several hundred automated tests cover the engine, and every planning rule the specification left open is written down with its reasoning. But the app cannot know whether your extract was complete, whether a lead time in your item master is still true, or whether an opportunity your sales team logged is real. Wrong data in produces confident, wrong numbers out, which is why the app shows its working and names what it had to assume.
It is not an MRP or ERP system, not a capacity planning system, and not a substitute for professional advice on inventory policy or financial planning.
The app and this website are provided as they are. No warranty is given that the app will be free of defects or fit for any purpose beyond what is described here. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it — stock bought, stock not bought, a plan defended in a meeting. If that risk is unacceptable for your situation, do not rely on this app alone.
The app is maintained against current versions of macOS and iPadOS. Support email is answered as quickly as one person reasonably can: Gradora SIOP is built by one person alongside other commitments, so no fixed response time is guaranteed and no undertaking is given that a particular feature will be built. What is described on these pages is what exists today.
Please do not send us your planning data. It is commercially sensitive and there is no safe way to receive it here. Describe the shape of the problem instead — the support page explains what helps.
These pages describe the app and provide a way to make contact. You are welcome to read them, link to them and quote from them with attribution. The text and the design remain our property and should not be reproduced in another product or in marketing material. Screenshots show the app as it stood at the time of writing; software changes, so what you install may differ.
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. A change affecting something you had already paid for would be announced in the app's release notes, not slipped in here.
Nothing on this page limits any right you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in. If a term here conflicts with a mandatory consumer protection where you are, that protection applies instead of the term. Apple's licence agreement carries its own governing-law provisions for the software itself.
