One price for one planner, and volume pricing when a company needs several seats. There is no consultant tier and no business tier, because the app is identical either way and a tier you cannot check is a tier that means nothing.
Both start with a free trial. Prices are in US dollars; Apple converts to your local currency and shows you the exact amount before you confirm. Billing, receipts, cancellation and refunds are all handled by Apple, because Apple is the seller of record.
The app is free to download and free to use on the sample site that ships inside it — every screen, every calculation, five published cycles of history, the full reference material, and the import templates. No time limit, no account, no card.
A subscription unlocks exactly three things:
That split is deliberate. At this price nobody buys a planning tool they have not driven, and a free tier that hides the actual product behind a wall tells you nothing about whether it would survive your own data. Everything except doing the work is open.
Plan archives export without a subscription too. Your data should never be held hostage to a lapsed payment.
These rates are real, and they are arranged directly rather than picked up at the till. Write to hello@no.spam.invalid.handfulapps.com with how many planners you need, and a redemption code comes back. The App Store has no shelf for a per-seat discount, so this is the honest mechanism rather than the nicer-sounding one.
| Seats | Per seat, yearly | Per seat, monthly |
|---|---|---|
| 1 – 2 | $299.99 | $29.99 |
| 3 – 9 | $249.99 | $24.99 |
| 10 or more | $199.99 | $19.99 |
A code is redeemed in the App Store against each planner's own Apple Account and sets the rate above for the term bought. A fresh code follows each renewal, so the rate holds for as long as the seats do.
Organisations that would rather buy centrally can purchase through Apple Business Manager and assign seats with the device management they already use, reassigning one when someone changes role. Apple sells those at the standard rate — the volume rates above come from the codes, so ask for them either way.
Each seat is one planner on one set of their own machines. The app is single-user by design — there is no shared workspace, no roles and no multi-user review — so buying five seats gets you five planners working independently, not a team workspace. If that is what you needed to know before buying, good: it is better to find out here.
An honest answer, since this is a young product from one person.
It buys the app as it stands today, which is a complete monthly S&OP cycle: seven imports, a demand plan across three scenarios, netting into a dated action list, coverage, nine accuracy metrics, an immutable publish and a meeting pack. It buys ongoing fixes and improvements to that, and it buys support answered by the person who wrote it.
It does not buy a roadmap promise. Features named here are the ones that exist. If something is planned but not built, this page will say "not yet" rather than list it as though it were there.
In your Apple Account settings, on any Apple device, at any time. The subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for and then stops.
When it lapses, the app does not lock you out of your own work. Your plans, cycles and published history stay on your device and stay readable, and you can still export a plan archive. What stops is importing new data, publishing new cycles and exporting the pack.
Refunds are handled by Apple, through reportaproblem.apple.com.
