There is no support ticket system and no chatbot. Messages go to one inbox and are answered by the person who wrote the app.

My child was marked wrong for a defensible answer. Please write, and say which scenario. That is the worst thing this app can do, and every report of it gets looked at.

Common questions

Why did my child get fewer points for a right answer?

Because the reason they picked did not support it. Says Who scores the reasoning above the conclusion on purpose. Guessing right teaches nothing, and an app that rewards it teaches guessing. A wrong answer reached by spotting the real problem scores higher, and the screen explains why.

What is "not enough to say yet"?

The third button, and often the correct one. Most of what anybody hears is neither proved nor disproved yet, and knowing when you have not been given enough is the whole point of the game. It is not a "don't know" and it is not a way to skip a question.

What does it cost?

Nothing. This version is completely free, with no purchases in the app and no advertising. What is free today stays free.

My child has finished the path.

The bar at the end keeps going forever: endless rounds drawn from whatever your child is weakest on, and a gold crown for every round where most of their reasons held up.

Can two children use it?

Yes. Add a player in the grown-ups area; each child keeps their own cards, streak, crowns and progress.

Can we play in Hungarian?

The whole game is in English and Hungarian. Switch in the grown-ups area, under Language; the change applies the next time the app opens.

How do I get to the grown-ups area?

The shield button at the top right of the home screen. It asks for Face ID, Touch ID or a Parent PIN.

I have forgotten the Parent PIN.

On the PIN screen, tap "I have forgotten the PIN". That accepts your device passcode instead. The normal check deliberately refuses the device passcode, because children usually know it.

Why does the gate lock me out?

After every five wrong PINs it waits, and the wait doubles each time up to fifteen minutes. It never locks permanently. If it is locking you out, use the forgotten PIN route above.

Where is my child's data?

On your device and, if you use iCloud, in your family's own iCloud, where Apple stores it for you. We have no server and cannot read it. See the privacy policy.

Can it read the questions out loud?

Yes. Turn on "Read aloud" in the grown-ups area. The voice is the device's own, it works in both languages, and nothing leaves the device.
