Privacy policy for Agenda Simulator

Last updated: 7 August 2026

The short version. Agenda Simulator collects nothing about you and has no server of its own. Everything you build stays on your device. The one exception is the subscription, which Apple handles, and which we describe below.

What the app collects

Nothing. There is no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising identifier, no crash reporting service and no third-party SDK of any kind. We never receive your scenarios, the blocs you place, the weights you set or the names you give your axes.

What the app stores

Only what you create. Scenarios you save, the blocs and weights you enter, and the axis names you choose are kept on the device in the app's own storage, along with whatever is currently on the map so that closing the app does not lose your work. All of it is removed when you delete the app. If you have iCloud device backup switched on, it is included in that backup the same way any other app's data is, under Apple's terms rather than ours.

Network access

We run no server, so nothing you do in the app is sent to us. The app itself connects to the network in one place only: Apple's App Store, to load the subscription options, to complete a purchase, and to check whether a subscription is still active. Those connections go to Apple, not to us.

Everything the app is actually for works with no connection at all. The map, the voting rules, every proposal-rights mode, the whole analysis and the entire Learn section run on the device and behave identically in airplane mode. Offline, the only thing you cannot do is subscribe.

Purchases

The subscription is sold and processed by Apple. We never see your name, your payment details or your Apple Account. What the app receives back from Apple is a signed receipt saying whether a subscription is currently active, and that is the only thing it uses to unlock the paid features. We cannot tell who subscribed, and we hold no record of it.

Apple provides us with aggregate sales reporting, the same as for any App Store product. That reporting counts purchases by country and period. It does not identify individuals. Apple's handling of your purchase is covered by Apple's privacy policy.

Apple Intelligence

On devices that support it, the app can suggest axis names and positions using Apple's on-device Foundation Models framework. That processing happens on the device. The text you type into those screens is not sent to us, and we have no way to see it. Availability and behaviour of the on-device model are governed by Apple.

Children

The app is rated 4+ and collects no data, so there is nothing to disclose under children's privacy rules. The app does contain a subscription, which on a child's account requires a parent's approval through Apple's Ask to Buy.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new date at the top. Since the app collects nothing, any change would be a clarification rather than a new use of data.
