Gradora is still being built, so this page answers what people actually ask about it today rather than pretending to be a manual for software you can install. If your question is not here, write in and a human will reply.

Do not send me your process data. Measurement data is usually commercially sensitive and I have no way to receive it safely. Describe the shape of the problem instead: the chart type, how many subgroups, what you expected and what you got.
Not yet. Gradora is in development. There is no build to install, no purchase to make, and no release date being promised on this page. When there is one, it will be stated here plainly.
That is genuinely not settled yet. When it is, this page says so. Anyone claiming otherwise is guessing.
There will be a round of testing with people who run these studies for a living. If you are one of them, write in and say what you work on. That is the whole application process.
Before release, five real datasets get run through Gradora and through the established tools alongside it, and the comparison gets published rather than summarised. If a number disagrees, you will be able to see it disagree.

Yes. Gradora will be free to download with a free tier that is capacity-limited rather than time-limited: enough to see a real chart on your own data, not enough to run your whole quality program on it. The exact limits are not final, so no number is quoted here yet.
Continued updates, and it is optional. It is never required to keep using what you already unlocked. Stop paying it and the app you bought keeps working.
No. That is the point of it.
Mac and iPad, from one codebase, with the Mac as the primary target and the iPad adapted for use at a machine. iPhone is deliberately not a target: these are charts and tables that need room.
Nowhere. There is no account, no analytics and no server behind Gradora. Your measurements stay on your device, and the app has nowhere to send them even if it wanted to.
No. Every statistic comes from a tested function. On supported devices an on-device model may write the plain-language reading beneath a chart, and it stays visibly separate from anything the software calculated. It never produces a number.
Because capability on a process that is not stable is not a meaningful number. Gradora still computes it, and still withholds the verdict, and says why. The R chart is read first, and if it signals, the X-bar reading says so rather than guessing.

A privacy policy will be published here before release. There is nothing honest to write in one yet, because none of the data handling it would describe has been implemented. This website itself sets no cookies, loads nothing from anywhere else, and records nothing about you.
